4 Things You Need to Know about the Leadership Fast Track Program:

1. 8 sessions. 2-hours each. 3-4 weeks apart. Our learning sessions are live but held over Zoom. The idea is to minimize the amount of time you spend away from the office while maximizing practical learning. It also makes the program available to you wherever you live.
2. One-on-one coaching with author & international speaker, Andy Kaufman. Before you even begin the first session, you'll have a schedule one-on-one with Andy to create an action plan on how to integrate your learning as well as the results of your 360 assessment.
3. You'll have incredibly practical & engaging takeaways that you can use immediately following each session. Each session builds on the previous one. You hate boring, monotone, project management lectures? So do we! This live, virtual Fast Track program was created specifically for your max learning and interactivity.
4. Your title doesn't matter! If you are responsible for leading and delivering initiatives, this course is for you.  We've helped all sorts of roles, including CEOs, program managers, team leads, business analysts, salespeople, administrative assistants, engineers, lawyers, United Nations officials, and more level up their ability to lead and deliver.

The Main Sessions are all on Fridays. Classes run from 1pm - 3pm Central time in the US.
