Course Overview


Advanced Project Management Masterclass Dates

The course can be taken during the day or in the evenings. Here are the upcoming dates:


Full Day

  • Thursdays, July 11 and 18 (Summer)
  • Tuesdays, October 1 and 8 (Fall)


The full-day classes run from 8:30am - 4:30pm Central time in the US.

For the Full Day classes, we take a full hour break over lunch and there are other breaks during the morning and afternoon.

We have taught leaders around the world on how to improve their ability to lead teams and deliver projects. Now you can get that same teaching in this Live Masterclass!

This was my favorite part of this experience. I have loved it all, but the last half of the class really affects all aspects of our lives. It will be so useful in all of my relationships. My wife has been in with a big 4 firm for 24 years. She listened to last nights class and was very impressed with the instructors, both Andy and Barrett. She has been to, and listened to so many professional growth seminars, conferences, and classes, so she is not easily impressed. For me, that says a lot. The Advanced Project Management class provides tools and techniques helpful to not only succeed in Project Management, but in any area where relationships are involved, which is everywhere! Learning the different styles of conflict, the truth behind influence and the types of negotiations equips you to not only do well in your professional sphere, but also in your personal life.
